I'm Bryan, I joined the company back in 2017 after spending most of my career working in operations management in the sport and leisure industry. Even though they're totally different industries, both involved working with people which is something that I love doing, although I still have to get my sports kick from somwhere so I play rugby outside of work!When I'm not actually playing, I am always at the games whether they be local or travelling to see a big game!

I'm Olivia, and I’m the Mortgage & Protection Advisor in Prenton. I wanted to become a Mortgage Advisor as I love helping people, particularly in what is often an exciting and monumental moment of their lives - whether that be purchasing their first home, or enhancing their property portfolio. What I like most about my role is that each client brings a new puzzle to solve, this is where my creative side creeps in. I take enjoyment out of using my knowledge to make the mortgage process smooth, stress-free, and most importantly- enjoyable.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find me with my friends, chasing the sun (when there is one) or in the gym pretending I’m training for a marathon.
Top Tip for First-Time Buyers: Ask ALL the questions. Even the ones you think are silly. The only silly thing in buying your first home is pretending you know everything. That’s what I’m here for—to make sure you can focus on being excited, never nervous.
